5-year warranty against manufacturing defects

This includes any fault resulting from production or internal component issues.


How to Use Your Warranty

1- Contact the Mesbah support team via WhatsApp and send clear photos and videos showing the issue.

2- Fill out the warranty form and wait for the team to review and approve your request.

3- Once approved, you will receive a return label that must be printed.

4- Pack the product securely and hand it to the shipping company within 3 days along with the label.

5- After inspection, the product will be replaced if the issue is covered by the warranty.


Warranty Terms & Conditions

To ensure a transparent and premium experience, the Mesbah warranty is based on the following points:

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Replacement will be issued with a new product upon confirming the defect.
  • The replacement product receives a 24-hour operation warranty.
  • Scratches, cracks, water damage, or misuse void the warranty.
  • Product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories.
  • If no defect is found after inspection, the customer bears the shipping and inspection fees.
  • Photos + video + order number are required to submit a warranty request.
